The learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondents have submitted before this Court that the subject matter in the writ petition has now been complied with by the Respondent department, pursuant to the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 11.02.2021 in Conmt. P. ( C ) No. 638 of 2017 and etc. batch.
