Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent and punish the Respondent for failure to comply the direction in the order passed in W.P.No.19682 of 2021 dated 16.09.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass orders.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent herein for the failure to comply order passed by this Court, dated 16.09.2021 in W.P.No.19682 of 2021.

When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in W.P.No. 19682 of 2021, dated 16.09.2021 has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the letter of the District Registrar, dated 20.02.2023 before this Court and the same was recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent as well as the copy of letter of the District Registrar, dated 20.02.2023, granted in favour of the petitioner, hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 01.03.2023 Speaking/Non Speaking smn
