The above application is filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Master dated 23.09.2019 in A.No.6004 of 2019 in OP.SR.No 36375 of 2017. Application No.6004 of 2019 was an Application filed to condone the delay of 527 days in representing the OP papers.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given for the delay in representing the papers, this Court is inclined to allow the above Application and set aside the order passed by the Master in Application No. 6004 of 2019, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50 per cent of the award amount within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On the proof of compliance, the said OP shall be numbered and listed for admission.

3. Considering the fact that 50 per cent of the award is being directed to be deposited, the respondent shall not precipitate the execution proceedings.

4. Number the OP if otherwise in order.
