This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 16.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22383 of 2022 to execute the bail bond.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) as cost to the "The Dean/Medical Officer, Government Villupuram Medical College & Hospital, Mudiyampakkam Village, Villupuram - 605601" and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 29.11.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
