This petition is filed to restore the above Criminal Revision Case No.1459 of 2016 which has been dismissed for non prosecution on 30.09.2022.

2. The petitioner was convicted by the trial Court as well as the lower Appellate Court for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the issue has been settled amicably between the petitioner/accused and the respondent/complainant. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise is filed by both the parties. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to restore the above Criminal Revision Case.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and Crl.R.C.No.1459 of 2016 is restored to file.
