(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this public interest litigation, as we cannot say that there is failure of the administrative machinery since the representation of the petitioner was received only on 17.11.2016. This, of course, would not imply that the respondents will not take prompt action on the representation of the petitioner.
