This writ petition is filed by Mrs.V.Veluthai, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose her pending representation dated 23.04.2015, within a reasonable time.

2. Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case of the petitioner has been settled in a recent judgment, while dealing with similar grievances in W.A.Nos.1744 and 1369 of 2014 dated 16.02.2015 and therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent, as she is also entitled to get the same relief. But the respondent has not considered the representation and in view of the above, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, hereby directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2015, on merits and in the light of the judgment made in W.A.Nos.1744 and 1369 of 2014 dated 16.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
