Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ or order or orders or direction, particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2019 in accordance with law by appointing the petitioner as Anganvadi worker in Mahaveerapuram Anganvadi Centre, in the place of second respondent herein at Mahaveerapuram Anganvadi Centre, Villupuram District to secure the ends of justice.

With the consent of both the parties the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking directing to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2019 in accordance with law by appointing the petitioner as Anganvadi worker in Mahaveerapuram Anganvadi Centre, in the place of second respondent herein at Mahaveerapuram Anganvadi Centre, Villupuram District

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made inter caste marriage with one Satyaseelam. The petitioner applied Anganvadi worker of Mahaveerapurm Village. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is residing within 3 kilo meter from the Angalanvadi, but the first respondent selected the second respondent who is residing 6 Kilometer away from the Anganvadi. Thereafter the petitioner made a representation on 23.09.2019 to the first respondent seeking appointment, but till date not considered. Hence the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 23.09.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that if the Scheme permits, the petitioner representation will be considered as per the existing Scheme and Rules.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 23.09.2019 as per the existing Scheme, Rules and Government Order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
