Alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.04.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8307 of 2016, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 13.04.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8037 of 2016 has been complied with, inasmuch as closure report has been filed in Crime No.167 of 2015 in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode as mistake of fact on 02.03.2017 in RCS.No.8 of 2017.
