By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Core Faculty in the State Institute of Rural Development in a temporary capacity and he sought for regularisation from the date of his initial appointment from 27.10.1997 and also to provide
University Grants Commission scale of pay, considering his past experience and also the attendant benefits and since it was not considered, he filed WP.No.25636/2005 and this Court, vide order dated 11.02.2011, has directed the respondents therein to regularise the services of the petitioner with retrospective effect from the date of his initial appointment, with all consequential benefits and challenging the same, the official respondents have preferred WA.No.2184/2011 and it was also dismissed confirming the order passed in the writ petition and so also the Special Leave Petition filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court, which was also dismissed in limini on 08.08.2014. The official respondents therein, in compliance of the order, had regularised the petitioner's services vide G.O.Ms.No.
85, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department dated 03.06.2015, from the date of his initial appointment, i.e,, from 27.10.1997, with consequence monetary benefits. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that he has not been conferred with the benefit of Career Advancement from the year 2001, Senior Scale and Selection Grade from the year 2006 and EPF Contribution from the year 1997 and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 16.11.2016 and despite the receipt and acknowledgment of the same, it has not been given disposal. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.
Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, either in his representation or in this writ petition, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
