O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.138 of 2022 in O.S.No.908 of 2007 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif at Pondicherry.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 15.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of I.A.No.138 of 2022 in O.S.No.908 of 2007.

3. As seen from the report of the learned II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, who is full additional charge of the Principal District Munsif, Pondicherry, the civil revision petitioners have not yet completed the service on the respondents. Hence, the learned Trial Judge is not in a position to take up the application for disposal. 4.In view of the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional District Munsif, Principal District Munsif (FAC), Puducherry, to dispose of I.A.No.138 of 2022 in O.S.No.908 of 2007 within twelve (12) weeks from the date the notices 2/4

are served on the unserved respondents.
