2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in so far as Crl.O.P. No.14733 of 2017 is concerned, no complaint is pending against the petitioner. In so far as Crl.O.P. No.14734 of 2017 is concerned, on the complaint received from the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.69/2017 and the same has been closed. 3.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, both the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
