ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal of coconut trees which were unauthorisedly planted in the property belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Velu, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the representation made by the

petitioner was forwarded by the 2 nd respondent to the 3 rd respondent by way of communication dated 30.06.2025 to enquire and submit a report.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and convey the same to the petitioner.
