Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the operation of the impugned order terminating the petitioner from service as Field Assistant in the Survey and Land Records Department passed by the respondent No.3 herein in his reference No.Na.Ka.A1/ 7609 /2017 dated 20/09/2019, (in WMP.No.28725/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.No.28972/2019 and ;
(ii) To suspend the operation of the impugned order terminating the petitioner from service as Field Assistant in the
Survey and Land Records Department passed by the respondent No.3 herein in his reference No.Na.Ka.A1/ 7652 /2017 dated 20/09/2019, (in WMP.No.28730/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.No.28976/2019 and ;
(iii) To suspend the operation of the impugned order terminating the petitioner from service as Field Assistant in the Survey and Land Records Department passed by the respondent No.3 herein in his reference No.Na.Ka.A1/ 7610 /2017 dated 20/09/2019, (in WMP.No.28736/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.No.28979/2019 respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.K.RAJAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mrs. A. SRIJEYANTHI, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petitions are merged with the relief sought for in the main Writ Petitions, I am not inclined to grant interim stay. Hence, the Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
