Learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents have not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition, which has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the fifth respondent in the writ petition.

2.Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to raise all his objections with regard to the impleadment in the main writ petition. The registry is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly.
