2. Crl.M.P.No.16853 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 104 days in preferring a Criminal Revision case in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.48800 of 2023 against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1217 of 2021 in un-numbered Crl.R.C dated 24.01.2023.

3. Crl.M.P.No.16845 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 136 days in preferring a Criminal Revision case in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.48803 of 2023 against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1219 of 2021 in un-numbered Crl.R.C dated 24.01.2023.

4. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

5. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petitions, if the same is otherwise in order.
