This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the violation of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37424 of 2024, whereby this Court had directed the fourth respondent therein to consider the representation dated 05.09.2024 submitted by the petitioner together with legal notice dated 06.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders thereon. 1/4

2. When the matter came up for consideration on earlier occasion on 14.11.2025, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned appearing for the respondent that the respondent/contemnor already complied with the orders passed by this Court and accordingly issued proceedings bearing RC.No.496/2016/E1, Dated 12.11.2025 and the matter was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to verify the same.

3. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the said circumstances, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the orders passed by the Court in W.P.No.37424 of 2024.
