The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 28.03.2016 and demark the four boundaries in land Survey No.125, Plot No.1317B, which is situated at Ram Nagar South, 17th Street, Madipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, by issuing separate patta in her name, within a time frame.

The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of the property in question till date and all the revenue records stand in her name. It is her further submission that she has paid necessary Revenue tax to the Corporation and also obtained Electricity Service connection and Water connection in the said property. Seeking issuance of a separate patta in her name, the petitioner sent a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation to the respondent on 28.03.2016. Since no action is taken on the said representation, the petitioner, is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as regards grant of patta alone, as expeditiously as possible.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
