This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer portion by substituting HTSC No.039094350323 instead of HTSC No.0390943505323 and also issue amended order copy made on 27.08.2024 in W.P.No.24474 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, there was an inadvertent error made by the counsel in the prayer whereby adjustment of the security deposit against the current consumption bills in HTSC No.0390943505323 instead of HTSC No.039094350323, which is the service connection owned by the petitioner and connected to the 5th respondent. Apart from that, no other change is sought to be made by the petitioner in the prayer. He further submitted that, if this petition is not allowed, the petitioner will not be refunded the amounts due by adjustment in the current consumption bills and will be put to irreparable hardship. 3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the HTSC No.0390943505323 mentioned in the prayer and paragraph No.1 of the order dated 27.08.2024 in W.P.No.24474 of 2024 is amended as HTSC No.039094350323.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and in other aspects, the order dated 27.08.2024 shall remain unaltered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 27.08.2024 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.
