This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.720 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.2515 of 2019 and submitted its before the Additional Mahila Court (CBI), Coimbatore, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
