ORDER
With the useful intention of the learned counsel on either side, that parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement, the terms of which, are reduced into writing, in and by a joint memorandum of compromise. The said joint
memorandum of compromise dated 06.02.2026, is signed by all the petitioners as well as the respondents and their respective counsel who are all present.
2. The payment of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only) contemplated under the compromise, has been paid by the fifth respondent on behalf of all the respondents, by way of Demand draft, the receipt of which is duly acknowledged by the counsel for the petitioners. The parties are all present in person before this Court and they also acknowledge that the settlement arrived at between them, is voluntary.
3. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in terms of joint Compromise Memo dated 06.02.2026 and the same shall stand part and parcel of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
