JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 02.06.2017 passed in A.s.No.30 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate court, Maduranthakam reversing the judgment and decree dated 26.07.2014 passed in O.S.No.68 of 1992 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the matter was called, learned counsel for the Appellants through video conferencing seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. He has also submitted that he has filed memo in this regard. His submission and memo are recorded. Mr. Krishna Ravindran, learned Counsel appearing for 1st Respondent and Mr. V. Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for 3rd Respondent have submitted that they have no objection.
2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
