Today the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is posted under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2. The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by Mrs.Shabeen seeking transfer of HMOP No.4888 of 2021 was allowed by this Court on 12.12.2022.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a mention before this Court that the husband and wife are willing for reunion and therefore, they are ready to file a Joint Memo of Compromise for the purpose of withdrawing all the proceedings from this Court as well as from the file of the Family Court at Chennai in respect of HMOP No.4888 of 2021. 1/4

Accordingly, this Court directed the parties to be present before the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai , who all are present before this Court and informed that they have already joined the Matrimonial Home and living unitedly. Thus they are not interested in pursuing the cases pending before the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai.

5. The petitioner-wife and the respondent-husband filed Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.12.2022, which reads as under:- "JOINT MEMO OF COMPROMISE FILED BY THE PETITIONER AND THE RESPONDENT

1. It is respectfully submitted that the respondent/husband filed HMOP No.4888 of 2021 before the Hon'ble VII Additional Family Court at Chennai for the granting Divorce and same is pending for filing counter by the petitioner-wife.

2. It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner herein filed Tr.CMP No.1103 of 2022 to withdraw and transfer on the file of VII Additional Family Court at Chennai to Family Court at Salem and 2/4

same was ordered by this Hon'ble Court on 12.12.2022.

3. It is respectfully submitted that the family members and relatives of both petitioner and respondent are had several round of counselling and both petitioner and the respondent have decided to reunion for the welfare of their future and their minor Daughter Miss.Niharika Anand Kumar.

4. It is further respectfully submitted that the respondent also hereby undertakes to withdraw the HMOP No.4888 of 2021 pending on the file of VII Additional Family Court at Chennai as against the petitioner-wife."

6. The Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the petitioner and the respondent is recorded. The parties are at liberty to withdraw the HMOP No.4888 of 2021 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai.
