When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is already been evicted and now the quarters have been allotted to the employees of the Municipality. Hence, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Such statement is recorded.
