The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every alternative day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15494 of 2024, dated 03.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition and investigation is completed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the nature of offence and also investigation is completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
