This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, wanted to file a counteraffidavit. Since the delay is only 20 days, for the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
