The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that due to the abscondence of the petitioner, investigation could not be completed and if the petitioner appears before the Investigating Officer, the investigation will be completed and file final report within the reasonable time.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, since the delay in filing the final report is due to non cooperation of the petitioner.
