Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the entire records connected with the order dated 07.09.2019 in Cr.M.P.No.7806 of 2019 passed by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and set aside the same and consequently, direct the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to issue process to the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Arthur Road, Mumbai to produce the petitioner's husband viz., Mohammed Saleem S/o.Abdul Rahman (prisoner Number - N431) and Nooruddeen S/o.Azeemuddeen (Prisioner umber - N432) for adducing their evidence in the private complaint in Cr.M.P.No.6667 of 2019 on the file of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
