This Application is filed by the defendants to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the Written Statement by 1st defendant and adoption memo filed by defendants 2 to 5 in C.S.No.237 of 2024.

2. According to the applicants, there is a delay in filing the written statement due to consultation with other family members and other defendants.

3. There is no objection on the side of the respondents / plaintiffs to allow the present application.
