C.M.P.No.21218 of 2017 in S.A.No.148 of 2007 N.SESHASAYEE,J., It is seen that the petitioner has filed two petitions viz., C.M.P.Nos.21217 and 21218, for the same purpose.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner regretted the mistake and is now withdrawing this petition. He has also made necessary endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
