ORDER
The petitioner, apprehending arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Section 296(b), 115(2), 109 of BNS Act @ 103, 115(2), 296(b) of BNS 1/4
Act in Crime No.91 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he was not a part of the group allegedly attacked the brother of the de-facto complainant.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that the brother of the de-facto complainant sustained injury and was admitted in the hospital. Therefore, Sections have been altered to Section 105 of BNS Act.
4. Considering the subsequent event, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
