This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.07.2022 and investigate the same, in accordance with law. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the police had issued summons and thereafter, they have not taken any action.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was assigned as current paper number and the same is pending for enquiry. 4.

Recording the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.07.2022 and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
