The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 am for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.M.P.No.8986 of 2024 order dated 26.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11432 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
