These Writ Petition have been filed for directing the respondent herein to receive the applications of the petitioners dated 02.09.2024 in Form CCPA along with the prescribed fee paid through online for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit to operate the vehicle within radius of 30 K.M. Distance from Salem Town Old Bus Stand, Salem District and to consider the same.

3. The issue involved in the present Writ Petitions were dealt within the earlier Writ Petition in W.P. No. 9394 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024. This Court after considering the earlier passed in this regard, issued 2/5

direction to the concerned Regional Transport Officer. Similar orders can also be issued in the present case, since, the said order will ensure to the benefit of the petitioners also.

In the result, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to receive the applications of the petitioners dated 02.09.2024 in form CCPA along with the prescribed fee paid by the petitioners through online for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
