This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 03.08.2016 made in W.P.No.27095 of 2016 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 03.08.2016 made in W.P.No.27095 of 2016 1/2

Cont.P.No.285 of 2017 has been complied with by the respondent.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondent herein and the Revised Pay arrears, Arrears of Earned Leave Salary and DCRG has been disbursed and encashed by the petitioner on 12.05.2017, 17.05.2017 and 04.06.2018 respectively. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful in nature and accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
