ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants to transfer the Suit in O.S.No. 1649 of 2025 pending on the file of the XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, and to try it along with the Suit in C.S.No.90 of 2025.

2. According to the applicants, they are the plaintiffs in the main Suit and they filed the Suit for declaration against the registration of the second respondent's/defendant's association. The second defendant's association also filed a Suit in O.S.No.1649 of 2025 on the file of the XVIII Additional Page No.2 of 5

City Civil Court, Chennai. Both the subject matters are one and the same and the plaintiffs in this Suit also parties to that Suit and apart from these plaintiffs, some other parties are also included in that Suit. Since the subject matters are one and the same, the Suit has to be transferred and to be tried along with this Suit.

3. The other side has no objection.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to avoid the conflict of Judgments and to avoid the multiplicity of proceedings, it is appropriate to transfer the Suit for joint trial along with this Suit.

5. Therefore, this application petition is allowed and the Suit in O.S.No.1649 of 2025 pending on the file of the XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai is ordered to be transferred to this Court. 24.11.2025 (4/6) dk Page No.3 of 5
