This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.11376 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13150 of 2023 by an order dated 8.8.2023, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until furthers.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 am., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
