From the perusal of the petition, this Court finds no material to interfere that the petitioner was disturbed by the police carrying on lawful 1/4

profession of Electropathy. Though, it is contended that based on the complaint given by Alopathy doctors, police are interfering in his profession as Electropathy doctor, this Court finds no material to substantiate the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that on 24.09.2023, there was wordy quarrel between the petitioner and two others. Hence, petitioner has given a complaint to the police against Madhan Kumar and Naveen Kumar and the same has been enquired, except that, there is no adverse material come to the notice of the police so far against this petitioner. The police will not interfere unless there is a material to show that the petitioner is practising Alopathy under the guide of Electropathy.
