This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner by an order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17431 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 16.08.2023.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. The respondent shall continue with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 16.08.2023.
