O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to alter the F.I.R.No.15 of 2024 by impleading all the members of his wife's family for offence under Sections 420, 496, 120B, 211, 465, 503 & 506 IPC. 1/4

2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that one Ramya and her family members suppressing her previous marital affairs had represented to the petitioner that it is a first marriage for Ramya and solemnized the marriage and taken away huge money from him and cheated. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the content of the FIR be carefully examined and investigated. Final report will be filed within a period of 15 days based on the information collected, if any other persons involved in the crime or any other offence to be added, same will be done in the final report.

4.

Since the investigation yet to be completed, it is premature for the Court to direct the respondent police to alter the FIR without adequate material before this Court. After completion of investigation, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to him to seek appropriate remedy.

5.

With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
