O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking issuance of succession certificate for the securities left behind by the deceased G.C.Chengala Krishnan who died on 18.01.2016.

2.The legal heirship certificate of G.C.Chengala Krishnan has been marked as Ex.P.2, while the death certificate has been marked as http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay Ex.P.1. From the Ex.P.2, it is seen that G.C.Chengala Krishnan died leaving behind the petitioners as his legal heirs. Wife of G.C.Chengala Krishnan died on 11.09.2012 and his mother Mrs.Kamatchi Ammal died on 23.09.1992 as seen from Ex.P.4 and Ex.P.3, the respective death certificates. The 2nd petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that there is no objection for grant of succession certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner. A general publication has also been made and no objection has been received.

4.Hence, this Original Petition is ordered granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule in favour of the 1st petitioner.
