This application has been filed to permit i) the Petitioner/Petitioner to amend the address of the 1st respondent (Old No:11, New No.27, Anderson Street, Ayanavaram, Chennai-600 023) as "No-2B, 1st Floor, (Jai Hotel Opp.), Pilkington Road, Ayanavaram, Chennai-600 023" and ii) address of the 2nd respondent (No.7, Vanagaram Road, Ganapathy Nagar, Karambakkam, Chennai-600 116) as "No.7, Vanagaram Road, (Raj School Opp.), Ganapathy Nagar, Alappakkam, Chennai-600 116" in the cause title in O.P.No.663 of 2024.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this A.No.1419 of 2026 is allowed and the necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.
