This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that, petitioner should report before the Gingee all women police Station, Gingee daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10614 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional police station, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., till the Court taken cognizance of the final report and thereafter, during the hearing dates of the case.
