This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and ready and willing to co-operate with the respondents for enquiry in accordance with law

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the counterparty, detailed enquiry was conducted in C.S.R and the same was closed.
