This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22439 of 2022 on 28.09.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in Special C.C.No.81 of 2022. He would further submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
