This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19977 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023 passed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (rupees fifteen lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date on which order copy made ready.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not capable to deposit Rs.15 lakhs in Crime No.10 of 2022. He would also submit that he is ready and willing to deposit a title deed of the documents in the alternative of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19977 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023 is modified to the effect that (i) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000 (Rupees Six Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2022 within a period of six weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. (ii) At the time of executing the sureties, the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds pertaining to the immovable property not less than the worth of Rs.10 lakhs stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or his friends before the concerned Court.
5. With the above modifications, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
