The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months imposed by this Court by its order dated 15.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16682 of 2024 in Cr.No.320 of 2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
