ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 18.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34231 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Mettur, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Na.Ka.No.7720/2016/B3 dated 31.08.2017, which was also

communicated to the petitioner. Though the order passed states that the first respondent in the writ petition will have to pass an order, it was accordingly passed, pursuant to the direction issued by the said authority. Therefore, we are of the view that there is sufficient compliance. 3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings dated 31.08.2017, if so advised.
