This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the above C.R.P.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that during the pendency of E.P.No.36 of 2018, the 1st petitioner died on 29.08.2021 leaving behind his wife, the 2nd petitioner herein. Hence, she alone is continuing the said Execution Petition, as she was already on record in the said proceedings. Therefore, it is just and necessary to file the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the above Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise found to be in order.
