The petitioner has filed this petition to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from cancelling the Regularisation order in Registration No.DTCP/L/0771199/2017 dated 14.05.2018 in the name of the petitioner, for the property situate at S.No.697/1, 700/2, 716/2A, 2B, 3, 717/2, 718/2, 719/2, 3, 720/2, 721/2, 722/2, 723/2, 724/2, 725/2, 726/2, 727/2, 736/2, 737/2, 738/2 Part and 739/2, Vellaloor Village and Town Panchayat, Madukarai Taluk, Coimbatore District, measuring about 41.58 acres, on the complaint of the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ Page No.2 of 4

petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
